The Land Installation Controller is the financial and controlling reference for onshore installation activities, partnering closely with Installation and Site Execution teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, within budget, and in line with contractual and technical scope.This role bridges site execution and project controlling, combining strong cost discipline with a hands‑on, operational mindset. It is ideal for professionals from installation, EPC or contractor environments who want to stay close to site realities while maintaining full cost visibility and control.Your roleMonitor and control land installation costs (labor, subcontractors, materials, equipment, logistics)Track budget vs. actuals, analyze deviations and support corrective actions with site teamsLink physical installation progress to financial performance and KPIsAnalyze productivity, crew efficiency and subcontractor performanceEnsure alignment between contractual scope and site activitiesPrepare cost reports, forecasts and cash flow for installation scopeSupport variation analysis,
extra works and claimsAct as financial counterpart for Installation Managers and Site teamsContribute to process improvement, standardization and project close‑out activitiesYour experienceA Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or similar) or economical backgroundExperience in onshore installation, construction or EPC projectsStrong exposure to site execution and operational environmentsBackground in installation contractors, jointing/cabling companies or specialized subcontractorsAbility to read technical drawings, method statements and contractsAdvanced Excel (cost tracking, data analysis, reporting)Strong communication with technical and financial stakeholdersWhat we offerType of contract: Permanent Full timeLocation: MilanApplicable Collective Agreement: CCNL Gomma, Plastica, Cavi elettrici e affini.Job Level/Category in line with the applicable collective agreement.
