leader in engineered access solutions in its continued growth. As part of this
expansion, we are seeking a Finance Manager to strengthen the company’s
financial governance and drive performance across its Finance Manager plays a central role in ensuring the accuracy, transparency, and reliability of financial reporting and administrative operations at the national level. Reporting to the EMEA Finance & Administration Director, this role oversees local accounting and finance teams, safeguards compliance with international and local standards, enhances financial performance, and supports strategic decision‑making.Responsabilità1. Financial Accounting & ComplianceOversee general and analytical
accounting, ensuring compliance with local regulations and international
standards (including Group policies and US GAAP).Lead monthly, quarterly, and
annual financial closings.Coordinate interactions with




auditors and external controllers.Ensure full tax compliance and
timely submission of required and enforce financial
processes, internal controls, and corporate procedures.2. Cash Management & TreasuryMonitor daily cash positions
and anticipate financing requirements.Manage banking relationships
and optimize working capital.Deploy and enhance cash‑flow
forecasting tools.Contribute to the definition
and implementation of the local accounting . Financial Planning & Performance MonitoringPrepare and analyze annual
budgets, forecasts, and financial projections (including Capex).Produce dashboards supporting
performance tracking and decision‑making.Deliver monthly financial
reporting to the Group.Conduct variance analyses and
propose corrective actions.Support controlling activities
for sales, operations, and projects.4. Administrative ManagementOversee administrative
