A few examples of your responsibilities
Support one of our core legal teams. Join one of our core legal areas—corporate M&A;, product & commercial, intellectual property, privacy, or compliance—and support the team by contributing to research, drafting and day-to-day operations.
Draft and negotiate contracts. Help prepare and review commercial agreements, internal policies, governance materials, and compliance documentation, working closely with more experienced team members to deliver practical legal support.
Partner across the business. Collaborate with teams across Product, Finance, HR, Business Acquisitions, and other functions—alongside external counsel where needed—to help address legal and regulatory questions in a fast-moving, global environment.
