For our Laives (BZ) location, we are looking for a:
Junior IT Service Specialist (m/f/x)
Where we need you
Main Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of ESM services, workflows, and ITIL processes.
- Manage and standardize the divisional Service Catalogue across regions
- Develop and maintain integrations with key systems (SharePoint, Azure AD, SAP, APIs) and drive automation initiatives
- Oversee global administration of ESM and Confluence platforms, ensuring performance, governance, and effective knowledge management
- Collaborate with regional teams (Europe, Americas, Asia) on KPI alignment, process compliance, and local rollouts
- Design and maintain dashboards and reports for SLAs, automation, and performance monitoring.
- Ensure adherence to ITIL best practices, security standards, and continuous improvement goals
- Serve as subject matter expert and advisor for ESM and Confluence,



supporting platform operations and roadmap development

How to convince us
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Management, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of ITSM and ITIL;
ITIL certification is aplus
- Interest in service management, process improvement, and automation
- Familiarity with Confluence and Jira is a plus
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure AD is an advantage
- Interest in reporting and data analysis tools (e.G. Power BI)
- Good English skills (B2);
German is a plus
