YOUR MISSION IN THIS ROLE
As Training Development Coordinator, based in Milan, you will bring your unique strengths to the Global Retail Capabilities & Content Development Team, helping us to improve individual and organizational performance by the organization, identifying training needs, developing annual training programs, assessing the organization’s strengths and weaknesses, creating instructional materials, offering structured learning experiences,



and evaluating effectiveness of training programs.
You’ll work closely with your team to drive meaningful results and shape the way we work and grow .
More Specifically You Will
- Collaborate with internal departments (Regional Trainers, Retail Functions, Marketing, VM, HR) and external (graphic artists, suppliers…) to create tools and procedures for consistent training deployment across markets
- Manage the rollout of the global e-learning training programs by supporting local teams
- Monitor the effectiveness of the trainings through assigned KPI’s and metrics
- Develop and create Global and local Retail Training frameworks (modules, guidelines, activities, workshops, eBooks, teaching guides…) for the seasonal collection, selling ceremony, capsules, and induction tools
- Identify learning needs through various analyses including;
sales staff performance, job roles, surveys, marke
