ICT HR Systems & Integration Department : ICT

Position Overview We are looking for an ICT HR Systems & Integration to act as the guardian of a lean, coherent systems landscape aligned with enterprise architecture strategy — bridging business needs, vendor delivery, and technical design. You will be a central figure in both our ICT HR Transformation programme and the ongoing Business-as-Usual (BAU) support of Payroll, T&A; and DMS systems, operating in a fast-paced, multi-country environment. A critical priority in the first months will be building a comprehensive understanding of the current landscape – much of which exists as institutional knowledge rather than documentation. This calls for someone who is a proactive, resourceful learner: comfortable structuring their own knowledge-gathering process, persistent in following up on open questions, and skilled at building rapport with subject matter experts.
