Portfolio Analyst
Full-remote OR Hybrid (Milan HQ)
TYPE OF CONTRACT: Permanent contract / full-time
SALARY RANGE: €30.000-€36.000 gross/year + Premio
Own the global portfolio visibility and performance tracking, ensuring every WeRoad itinerary is monitored for sales, conversion, fill rate, and margin performance across all markets and product categories (TO and WRX).
Run portfolio analyses to identify which itineraries to scale, optimize, or kill, using data-driven insights on demand, profitability, reviews, and customer interest.
Monitor and evaluate competitive offerings,

leveraging AI-based benchmarking tools to compare itineraries, prices, and product positioning against top competitors and emerging players.
Analyze market trends and traveler behavior to detect shifts in customer preferences, uncover gaps in the current portfolio, and identify new product development opportunities.
Supervise offering planning and availability, verifying that all suppliers and internal teams confirm services and departures in line with forecasted demand for the next 18–24 months.
Collaborate with the Revenue Manager and Supply Managers to align portfolio management with demand forecasting and contracting strategies, ensuring cohesion between commercial, supply, and market goals.
Act as the central voice of portfolio health in Monthly Business Reviews, providing performance insights, competitor signals, and recommendations on new itinerary testing or deactivation.
