Job Description we are looking for an HR Generalist who supports the implementation and delivery of key Human Resources activities,



with a strong focus on HR processes, HR administration, learning and development, and organizational initiatives. The role works closely with the HR team and business managers to ensure efficient, compliant, and people-centered HR processes, contributing to a positive employee experience and supporting organizational growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesHiring & Onboarding
Support the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying hiring needs to the successful onboarding of new employees.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with Talent functions, recruitment agencies and other external partners.
Support onboarding activities and facilitate the integration of new employees into the organization.
Coordinate the induction plans for the new employee to assure he/she is effectively joining the company.
