What We Are Looking For: Reporting to the Talent Manager,
as a HR Talent Coordinator you will provide hands-on exposure across all core HR areas, supporting the daily operations and overall effectiveness of the entire HR function.
This is a transversal role designed to provide hands-on exposure across all core HR areas, supporting the daily operations and overall effectiveness of the entire HR function.
The ideal candidate is curious, enterprising, and solution-oriented, with a strong desire to develop a well-rounded HR skill set spanning communication & wellbeing, administration, recruitment, people management, and organizational development.
Key Activities:HR Operations & Administration
- Contribute to onboarding and offboarding processes
- Help ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
- Support the updating of hiring document
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the recruitment process (job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling)
- Participate in interviews and candidate evaluation proc
