We are looking for an Office Administration Specialist to join our team in Rome and support the efficient operation of our workplace environment.
The Opportunity
As an Office Administration Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office. Working with a high degree of independence, you will support facility operations, workplace services, vendor coordination, and administrative activities that contribute to an efficient and productive work environment.
This role is ideal for an organized, proactive professional who enjoys coordinating multiple activities, solving operational challenges,



and collaborating with a variety of stakeholders.
What You 'll Do
- Support thedaily administration and operation of office facilities.
- Coordinate maintenance activities and ensure office spaces remain safe, functional, and well maintained.
- Assist with the planning, procurement, and replacement of office furniture and equipment.
- Manage office supply purchasing and inventory monitoring.
- Support the administration of leasing, insurance, and facility-related contracts.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers.
- Help optimize office space utilization and workplace services.
- Partner with the Office Administration Manager on operational projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to a positive workplace experience for employees and visitors.
