We are looking for
a M&A; and Project Finance Intern to support the team in the analysis of new investment opportunities and
financing solutions across different renewable energy technologies, including
solar PV, onshore and offshore wind, and BESS. Working across the M&A;
and Project Finance teams, this person will be based in Milan (with the
possibility of hybrid remote working).

What you’ll do:
- Support the M&A; and Project Finance teams in the analysis and execution
of sell-side, buy-side and partnership transactions,



contributing to different
phases of the process under the supervision of senior team members.
- Assist in the preparation, update and review of financial models for
M&A;, project valuation and project finance purposes, including sensitivity
analyses and scenario assessments.
- Support the analysis of investment opportunities across different renewable
energy technologies, contributing to the assessment of project economics, key
value drivers and potential risks.
- Contribute to market research and benchmarking activities related to new
geographical markets and emerging business models.
- Assist in the preparation of internal presentations, investment memos and
supporting materials for decision-making processes.
- Support the team in collecting, organizing and analysing financial,
technical and commercial information related to projects in development,
construction and operation.
