This role serves as the primary technical point of contact for our on-site workforce, ensuring a seamless digital experience. This role combines hands-on technical troubleshooting with strategic collaboration. You will act as an IT concierge for end users while partnering closely with the DT Site Leader to drive, execute, and localize the site's digital roadmap, ensuring all infrastructure and solutions align with global standards and business objectives.

In this role, you will:

• Provide high-touch, skilled troubleshooting for end users to resolve workplace-related IT issues efficiently.
• Serve as the primary contact for local IT issues, including client hardware, mobile devices, wireless connectivity, AV/conference room systems, and physical network infrastructure.
• Maintain and resolve all open incidents and tasks within the local ticket queue in a timely manner, adhering to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).




• Provide physical "hands and eyes" support for global IT teams, assisting with remote infrastructure tasks that require on-site presence.
• Deliver a customer-centric support experience, leveraging available tools and resources to resolve issues for both corporate and on-site clients.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with site stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor for Digital Workplace Solutions and premium user experience procedures.
• Partner directly with the DT Site Leader to develop, implement, and support the localized DT roadmap, ensuring site-specific needs are met while maintaining alignment with global objectives.
• Act as a champion for digital transformation; identify new capabilities driven at the corporate level and actively promote GE Vernova’s “re-use” strategy whenever possible.
