During the internship, the candidate will define plant process simulation models (LNG, geothermal, heat pumps, etc.) with a view to optimization during the design phase (performance vs. cost) and the operational phase (e.g., performance and production), using response time acceleration techniques (surrogate, reduced models) through Machine Learning/AI algorithms.

As an Intern, you will be responsible for:
- Explore & test the capabilities of Commercial SWs already in BH availability in Reducing Order Modeling (ROM) generation and usage, among the following: ASPEN Hysys, ANSYS Twin Builder, COMSOL.
- Actively support and participate to Digital development programs for design and off-design plant optimization
- Working as part of a team and communicating effectively with colleagues, engineers, and supervisors to
