Develop the business of the public administration in Italy and manage a small team of Account Executives. This leadership role involves building and sustaining strong, long‐term relationships with a broad range of customer and buyer stakeholders (e.g., CTO, CIO, CFO, Purchasing leaders, Partner Executive, LOB, Buyer or Partner sales managers and decision makers). The Sales Leader collaborates with customers to understand their business goals, identify upsell/cross‐sell opportunities, and create demand based on customer roadmaps. They serve as the Account Orchestrator, aligning solutions with customer needs to drive cross‐portfolio growth, and lead both product and services strategy across the portfolio.
Key responsibilities include managing direct account teams, driving sales growth across multiple years, overseeing financial and strategic objectives, influencing sales planning, and coordinating cross‐functional teams.



The role requires understanding industry trends, managing resource utilization, leading competitive analysis, refreshing customer success metrics, and driving executive‐level relationships.
Responsibilities

- Accountable for sales growth across multiple years for particular product(s), portfolio(s) or region(s)
- Manage financial and strategic objectives, including growth, profitability, entering new markets, or launching new product lines
- Direct resource utilization in accordance with strategic sales priorities, following guidance from global corporate leadership
- Review forecasts and other sales data to suggest and remediate any sales tactics, and provide aggregated feedback from multiple accounts to influence sales planning
