Job scopeOptimizing and continuously improving operational and production processes. Analysing and collect data for KPI through statistical tools . The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost performance while ensuring compliance with company standards and safety requirements.

Main duties
- Monitoring process performance and KPIs (like OEE, line spoilage, performance,…)
- Development and trials of new technologies in order to guarantee the final quality of the production.
- Search constantly the process continuous improvement through new technologies implementation and preventive maintenance activities.
- Use appropriate Lean, Six Sigma and data analysis tools to provide appropriate information for data-driven decisions
- Development and implementation of Standard Operational Procedures (SOP) to control and measure the efficiencies, evaluating the equipment, methods of measurements,



consumables and spoilage
- Collect data and analyze process levels of efficiency identifying the bests alternatives in order to maximize efficiency, quality and reduce costs
- Work according to Hygiene and Food Safety rules as well as Health and Safety regulations and procedures as specified in our procedures

Job requirements
- Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
- Knowledge of principles and applications associated with manufacturing operations including SPC, Six Sigma, 5S, SMED and Lean Manufacturing
- Languages: Good knowledge of English
- Project management skills
- Team approach
- Advanced knowledge of PC’
