Clarify the current ONE Hitachi portfolio solution performance with regards to eMobility business, determine gaps into the offering based on market needs and target ONE Hitachi positioning, consolidate roadmaps to cover gaps and enhance the offering,



prioritize needs for investment to cover these gaps and support funding mechanisms.Identify and monitor the performance (topline growth, profitability) of the ONE Hitachi solution portfolio for eMobility across all concerned Business Units in all sectors (CI, DSS, Energy, Mobility)Consolidate the ONE Hitachi roadmap for the complete set of solutions owned and developed by all concerned Business Units, clarify gaps and actions to close gaps in active collaboration with all concerned Business Units.Identify needs for additional investment into the solution portfolio to cover existing gaps and to expand the value proposition beyond what is currently worked-on and invested by the associated Business Units.Guide funding available at SSIB to invest into the eMobility solution portfolio to develop further the offering according to the ONE Hitachi strategy set in place.Support business development efforts when appropriate by providing expertise on the ONE Hitachi solut
