We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking an experienced MEP Lead to join their team. This position will be based on-site in Milan, Italy.Responsibilities• Oversee the entire MEP delivery scope
Provide full leadership across all mechanical and electrical packages, guiding the project from early site set up through installation, integration and final completion. Ensure safe working practices,



strict procedural control and full alignment with client and project requirements for mission critical environments.
• Coordinate design development and ensure technical accuracy
Work directly with designers, specialist consultants and trade contractors to review drawings, resolve design queries and maintain technical accuracy. Confirm that all systems are fully coordinated within the building and that every installation supports performance, reliability and data centre resilience standards.
• Lead MEP installation works and maintain high quality standards
Supervise day to day activities across all mechanical and electrical systems including power, cooling, fuel, containment and specialist systems. Verify material quality, installation methods, sequencing and workmanship while ensuring progress remains in line with key project milestones and final commissioning needs.
