How you'll make an impactMeeting with customers, partners and suppliers, negotiating contract terms (including framework agreements and partnership/consortium agreements) in collaboration with relevant business stakeholders, also to drive the development of different business models particularly with regard to high value complex tenders and projects, like HVDC, offshore wind connections, substations and FACTS).Identifying legal issues of concern to the business and proactively developing effective legal strategies,



mitigation actions and practical solutions in support of business activities.Contributing to the preparation of tender submissions by in particular review of tender documents, identification of risks, drafting of deviations and participation in risk reviews relating to the respective project.Collaboration with local and global legal as well as interdisciplinary teams.Promoting dispute avoidance and managing disputes and litigations with internal and external stakeholders, including liaising, where necessary, with external law firms and experts.Ensuring compliance with the applicable laws and regulations as well as internal processes, regulations and guidelines in various fields.Contributing to the development of guidelines and directives and assisting with their implementation. Supporting the implementation of the Code of Ethic and Business Conduct and assisting the resolution of integrity-related issues and other actions.Your backgroundUnivers
