COMMERCIAL TENDER COORDINATOR
In this role, you will manage private and public tenders in all phases, from participation to award and post‑award phases.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Analysis and evaluation of the documentation (administrative, technical and economic) relating to public and private tenders and to supplier procurement portal
- Analysis and evaluation of the regulations (administrative, civil and tax) that impact and influence the management of tenders
- Preparation,



in compliance with the provisions and in coordination with all the company departments involved, of the documentation necessary for participation in tenders
- Management and preparation of the final tender documents
- Management and resolution of potential tender management issues
- Analysis, management of contracts
- Analysis, management and resolution of issues that may arise in the post‑award phase with the customer
- To plan, manage and execute tender in full respect with the established guidelines and internal processes
- To ensure that all the tender targets such as timing, quality, cost, performances and investments are delivered according to the specification
- To ensure a detailed planning and a continuous monitoring to improve tender efficiency
- To ensure documentation update on the tender database
- To ensure proper coordination of all elements needed to drive and complete the tender in time
- To plan and distribute communication in a timely and appropriate
