The Coordinating Nurse provides expert medical guidance and coordinates care for individuals experiencing health issues while traveling, ensuring safe, cost-effective solutions in line with duty of care standards.

Location: Milan

Working hours: staggered shifts from Monday to Sunday

Training: Full training provided

What You’ll Do:

- Managemedicalcasesfortravellersabroad–assesscalls,gatherclinicaldetails,andprovideclear,professionaladvice.
- Coordinatecareandtransport–workwithglobalteamstoarrangetreatmentorothersupportasneeded.
- Guidepatientsandclients–ensuresafe,cost-effectivedecisionsalignedwithpolicyanddutyofcare.
