The role focuses on improving key business processes using Lean methodologies,



promoting a culture of continuous improvement through training and coaching, and driving measurable operational and financial results.
Principal Responsibilities:
* Support the definition and deployment of the Site Transformation Plan, ensuring alignment across site functions and contributing to the achievement of strategic goals, metrics, and results.
* Drive process improvement projects using Lean methodologies, leading problem‐solving initiatives to address bottlenecks, improve productivity, quality, and lead time across manufacturing and transactional processes.
* Promote and implement standard work practices to simplify processes, ensure consistency, and improve the quality of outputs.
* Identify improvement opportunities and manage CI projects, developing business cases, tracking project outcomes, and ensuring delivery of operational and financial benefits.
