You will drive performance across telesales campaigns, specialist support to field sales, and online sales channels, ensuring efficiency, conversion, and continuous optimization.In this role, you will combine a strong analytical and data-driven mindset with managerial leadership, overseeing both internal teams and external partners within a highly performance-oriented environment.In particular, you will:Lead a structured sales organization across multiple locations (Milan, Bologna, Tuscany).Directly manage a layer of team leaders (manager of managers) responsible for operational teams.Drive sales performance through outbound campaigns, managing the full funnel (contacts, conv
