As a Valet, you’ll play a vital role in creating a luxury-level customer experience from the moment a guest arrives. Pay:$18.00 Professional Training & Development Work with a World-Class Luxury Brand Employee Discounts and Benefits Deliver an exceptional and professional customer experience at every interaction. Welcome guests and assist with vehicle drop-off and pick-up processes. Safely transport customer, service loaner, and dealership vehicles throughout the dealership and designated locations. Maintain customer appointments and assist with scheduling needs. Complete vehicle walk-arounds and condition inspections with attention to detail. Assist customers with paperwork and explain dealership processes in a clear and professional manner. Communicate effectively with customers, service advisors, and dealership leadership. Support vehicle inventory movement and organization across the dealership. Learn and maintain knowledge of Mercedes-Benz products and services. Address customer questions and concerns with professionalism and a solutions-focused mindset. Perform additional duties as assigned to support dealership operations. Previous customer service experience preferred. Automotive dealership experience is a plus but not required. Professional appearance and positive attitude.



Flexible team player who enjoys working collaboratively. Comfortable using computers, mobile devices, and dealership technology.
