Candidates must be admitted to practice law in Luxembourg and be in good standing with the Luxembourg Bar.



Example Project Types Include Vendor and supplier contracts NDAs and data processing agreements Commercial terms and conditions General contract review and redlining for tech companies Review, draft, and redline a variety of commercial agreements. Advise clients on contract terms, risk exposure, and negotiation strategies. Deliver precise, high-quality legal work with efficient turnaround times. Licensed avocat in Luxembourg, in good standing with the applicable Luxembourg Bar ~5+ years of experience focused on commercial contracts ~ Experience at a top-tier law firm or as in-house counsel at a technology company ~ Strong expertise in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements ~ Active professional liability (malpractice) insurance Commitment: This is a project-based, ongoing independent contractor position staffed via HireArt. The role is fully remote and open to candidates based in Luxembourg. Applicants must be a licensed avocat in Luxembourg, in good standing.
