To help fuel that growth, we need a Product Manager for our Underwriting Processes team within the Insurance Services area. At Prima, pricing, risk selection and fraud detection are at the core of our competitive edge. This role is an opportunity to drive the evolution of one of our most data-rich, operationally complex, and strategically critical platforms. You’ll partner closely with data scientists, underwriting analysts, engineers, and customer care operations across Italy,



the UK, and Spain to shape the products that determine how millions of customers underwrite their policies every day.

What You'll Do

-
- Own the product strategy, vision and roadmap.
- Lead the underwriting platform by improving end-to-end verification workflows to enable faster, more consistent, and smarter underwriting decisions.
- Convert business and technical problems into product features.

What We're Looking For

- Experience (3+ years) in product management or adjacent roles in software development, business analytics, driving products in complex technical domains.
- Strong quantitative skills: You think in numbers. You’re confident using data to analyse system performance, identify patterns, and make tough prioritisation decisions.
