acting as a trusted recruitment partner throughout the process.Ensure a high-quality candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process, from initial contact through to onboarding handover.Support the execution of employer branding initiatives.Participate in university partnerships, job fairs, campus recruiting events, and other talent attraction initiatives, representing the Group as an employer.Support the organisation of internal engagement or talent-related events as part of broader HR initiatives.Produce regular recruitment reporting for HR leadership, including pipeline status, hiring progress against targets, and market intelligence on talent availability and competitor positioning.Competenze ed esperienza Candidate profile:2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, in-house recruitment, or staffing agency, with a proven track record of managing end-to-end recruitment processes autonomously.FluentknowledgeofEnglishExperience recruiting for professional service
