- Driving profitable sales growth by identifying new business opportunities while expanding and developing existing customer relationships across Northern Italy.
- Developing a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, competitors, and emerging applications to grow Sibelco's market presence.
- Managing commercial negotiations, pricing, and sales activities to achieve revenue, volume, and gross margin objectives in line with business strategy.
- Building strong partnerships with Technical Sales and internal stakeholders to commercialize new products and deliver value-added solutions to customers.
- Maintaining accurate CRM data, sales forecasts, visit reports, and market intelligence to support effective planning and business decisions.

Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales within industrial products, ideally minerals, chemicals, construction materials, or similar technical industries.
- A proven hunter mentality,



with a track record of generating new business opportunities while managing and growing an existing customer portfolio.
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to develop structured sales plans, prioritize opportunities, and consistently deliver results.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
