Duties & ResponsibilitiesJob's Purpose:
- Oversee accounting, finance, and administrative processes, providing accurate insights for management decision-making.
- Ensure adherence to legal, tax, and reporting obligations within the country and company standards.

Education, Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- Qualifications: CA qualification advantageous; Honours Degree (BCom Accounting) and MBA preferred.
- Work Experience: Minimum 6 years, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
- Skills:



Proficiency in finance, accounting, budgeting, IFRS, SAP-B1, automated financial systems, advanced MS Excel, and exceptional communication.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Controlling:
- Produce timely financial reports, monthly reports, strategic plans, budgets, and forecasts.
- Analyse financial key figures and provide operational management with insightful support.

Accounting:
- Manage all Accounting functions: Costing (non-negotiable), General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Bank Reconciliations, etc.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, management accounts, and ensure IFRS compliance.

Cash Management:
- Optimize working capital needs and oversee credit control to minimize bad debts.
- Manage cash flow, treasury, and tax requirements in line with Group standards.

Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to financial legislation, standards, and statutory obligations.
