For the Performance & Care GBU, the Supply Chain Specialist:

Drives and recommends best practices in terms of Supply Chain processes and optimizes SAP uses (proposes and monitors evolutions), recommends and deploys best operational practices, across the OTC stream (Customer Service, Logistics Execution &, Sales & Distribution modules).

Supports OtC, Logistics and P2P, SC users, and data management for interfaces (BW, DynaSys, CRM) with occasional operational trouble shooting, facilities Key User networks, to understand operational challenges, identify training needs,



and launch improvement plans

We count on you to:

Accountable to manage autonomously and facilitate projects related to OTC scope.

Ensure best practices sharing (cross-fertilization), process improvements, collaborate with end users on procedures. Taking the best practices in certain regions and trying to replicate them in other regions.

Provide specific training to new and existing end users.

Streamline operations for higher efficiency.

Implement new process & tools, including digital solutions, be the point of contact for Digital Technology teams (test new flows, participate in global projects, etc.). Being involved in ERP rebuild and master data cleaning for the ERP separation.

Provide to support functions better understanding of the GBU specificities and requirements, identifies the needs of evolutions in SAP generated by difficulties to work with SAP, modifications in the enterpri
