Responsibilities
- Take end-to-end ownership of business analysis activities for Public Sector clients, from requirements definition to validation of implemented solutions
- Lead client interviews to identify business issues and propose solutions
- Lead the documentation and design of processes to increase efficiency (decrease lead time, increase throughput, reduce cost, etc.) by creating roadmaps describing as-is and to-be customer environments
- Guide and support junior/mid team members on analysis and requirements-gathering activities
- Contribute to shaping, preparing, and delivering client presentations, workshops and proposals
- Guide team members in producing functional requirements for software development
- Identify and manage changes to requirements and identify risks for the company's clients




- Act as direct interface with internal stakeholders and clients for requirements gathering, solution validation and monitoring of alignment with business needs
- Effectively manage client's expectations
- Contribute to the definition and optimization of processes and procedures within the business analysis function
- Contribute to the hiring process through interviews assessing analytical and functional skills

We Require
- Degree in a technical or business discipline
- Proven experience in a Business Analyst role, ideally within the Public Sector field
- Advanced expertise in business process analysis, functional requirements definition and business solution design
- Ability to guide and mentor team members
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proactive, data-driven approach
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at different technical and business levels
