Acting as a Finance Business Partner for the different North Sails Apparel functions, the role helps provide financial and business insights, analyze key performance trends and support operational and strategic decision-making, with the objective of driving sustainable growth and improving profitability.

Job Description We are seeking a motivated, curious and analytical Business Controller to join our Finance team.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Controlling Manager and partner with the different North Sails Apparel functions to support budgeting, forecasting, business analysis and performance reporting activities.

Acting as a Finance Business Partner, the role will support managers in understanding business and financial performance,



identifying risks and opportunities, and defining actions to improve profitability and support informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities Act as the Finance Business Partner for assigned business functions, providing financial guidance and supporting strategic and operational decision-making.

Partner with department leaders to monitor budgets, evaluate investments and identify opportunities to improve financial performance.

Support the annual budget, periodic forecasts and long-range planning processes.

Prepare and analyze monthly management reports, highlighting key business trends, risks and opportunities.

Monitor financial performance against budget and forecast, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.

Develop ad hoc analyses, financial models and business cases to support business initiatives and operational decisions.
