Project Finance Analyst - Treasury Officer in Milan (Italy) to join our M Renewables team at Metlen Energy & Metals.

Responsibilities

-
- Preparing presentations, Information Memorandums, bank teasers and reports addressed to banks for Project Financing transactions
- Finance documents administration, compliance reports, undertakings reporting and waiver processes
- Managing complex financial models to analyze debt funding and returns
- Evaluating bankability aspects of project documents (EPC, O&M;, PPA) and providing support with quantitative analyses
- Selection of specialized Advisors and Due Diligence coordination
- Supporting the execution including financial close,



CPs satisfaction and drawdown reporting

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Business Administration; a Master’s Degree in a related field is an asset
- 1–2 years’ proven experience in banks, advisory firms or large organizations with similar responsibilities
- Good knowledge of Project Financing documentation, due diligence and financial close processes
- Knowledge of legal and accounting principles of non-recourse financing
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Italian and English language proficiency
