Role & purpose of the position:

For our Pisa headquarters we are looking for an Algorithm Engineer who will join the Data Algorithms & Analysis team, within the R&D; department.
The main goal of the Data Algorithms & Analysis team is to conceive and develop advanced algorithms and analysis techniques that transform radar monitoring data into actionable,
value-added information for end users.
The candidate will work within a multidisciplinary team, initially focusing on understanding the main data processing algorithms used in the radar monitoring application domain, supported by targeted training on specialized radar and monitoring topics.
The candidate will be involved in the conceptualization of processing algorithms to address specific application challenges, followed by their development within a scientific computing environment. Responsibilities will also include testing and validation activities, performance assessment through dedicated technical reporting, and the definition of key performance indicators (KPIs).
