aligning with the annual objectives and policies set by the Business Units.As an Area Sales Manager, drive sales growth and business development activities with distributors, specialty channels, end users, Key Accounts and OEM's with a primary focus on the Assembly and Ergonomic Handling System businesses Responsibilities and dutiesAchieve and exceed targets for bookings, revenue, and gross margin and meet forecastDrive direct and distribution sales of Precision Fastening Tools and Software solutions, including demonstrations and technical support with end-usersConduct active field visits, demonstrations and manage sales opportunities Identify and develop new specialized Distributors and new Direct Customers in target vertical marketsProvide commercial, technical and application support to distributors and key end users.Serve as primary point of contact for direct customers, distributors and internal teams addressing all specific inquiries from various stakeholder
