Role OverviewFor our Milan office, we are looking for graduates in technical disciplines who will join our Digital team andlaunch their career within the Product & Service Industry (es: Food and Beverage, Manufacturing, Construction, Automotive..).



You will support all the phases of Data Analytics and Process Intelligence projects:
- Managing end-to-end Data Analytics / Process Intelligence initiatives across various clients and industries
- Running data identification, extraction and transformation (ETL)
- Connecting Data Analytics / Process Intelligence tools to client’s IT systems
- Designing and developing process monitoring dashboards
- Analyzing and interpreting the findings and results
- Identifying bottlenecks and areas of improvement
- Leveraging on Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence to automate improvements
- Drawing actionable conclusions and recommendations

Required Technical Skills & Experience
- Graduate in Statistics, Applied Math, Economics, Information Management, Computer Science, Management Engineering or related fields
- Hands-on experience with one or more Data Analytics (Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, etc) and Process Intelligence tools (Celonis, Microsoft Power Automate
