Job SummaryAs a Staff Engineer Controller Validation in our Research & Development team, you will shape the future of technology by developing validation test benches, executing hardware-in-the-loop testing, and ensuring embedded controller compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the development of validation test benches
- Execute Hardware-in-the-Loop (HiL) testing including firmware validation
- Analyze and verify embedded controller behavior against test requirements
- Document defects and compliance metrics automatically to maintain quality standards

Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience with embedded systems, specifically ARM Cortex-M MCUs
- Foundations in embedded C/C++,



MATLAB or Python
- Hardware debugging skills using oscilloscopes and multimeters
- Experience in automated test scripting with Python
- Fluency in English (mandatory)
