Reporting to the S&OP; Manager, you will play a key role in driving demand planning activities, improving forecast accuracy, ensuring product availability, and supporting the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;) process. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Logistics,



Production Planning, Customer Service, and external suppliers to ensure an efficient and responsive supply chain.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Demand Planner, you will:
- Develop and consolidate monthly rolling demand forecasts for the next three months at SKU and customer level.
- Lead monthly forecast review meetings with Key Account Managers, Area Managers, and external sales agents.
- Work closely with the Sales team to monitor promotional activities and changes in customer demand.
- Analyze forecast performance by comparing actual sales against forecasts and identify opportunities to improve forecast accuracy.
- Monitor sales trends across key customers and product portfolios.
- Coordinate the Portfolio Management Review (PMR) process and support the implementation of new product and material creation procedures (PDS).
- Create and maintain material master data in SAP and PowerApps.
