Logistics Italy Operations Lead - SKF Automotive Business
As Logistics Italy Operations Lead, you will lead the local operational activities related to the transition to the new Automotive business setup in Italy, while ensuring effective and compliant logistics operations. Working closely with local and international stakeholders, you will support the implementation of the Automotive logistics strategy, coordinate key operational milestones,
and contribute to the successful execution of the transformation.
Key responsibilities
Transformation & Operating Model:
Lead the local operational work package for the transition to the new Automotive business setup.
Coordinate implementation of the future operating model, including processes, roles, interfaces, governance routines, and ways of working.
Identify gaps, risks, dependencies, and decision needs, and ensure clear action plans and follow-up with accountable stakeholders.
Project Governance & Stakeholder Alignment:
Create structure, transparency, and execution discipline across transformation activities.
Prepare and facilitate project meetings, reviews, decision forums, status reporting, and timely escalation of blockers.
Act as a coordination point between local operations, regional and global functions, sponsors, and transformation stakeholders.
