Product Developer, Knitwear
JOB PURPOSE
The Product Developer specialised in Knitwear will shape the development of collections from concept through to pre-production at Burberry.



This role sits at the meeting point of creativity and technical craft, partnering closely with Design to bring ideas to life while balancing quality, cost and timeline. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring each piece reflects the integrity and innovation of Burberry. With a focus on collaboration and expertise, you will help deliver exceptional product experiences for our customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Partner with Design to translate creative vision into technically feasible, high-quality knitwear products.
- Manage the end-to-end product development process, ensuring prototypes and samples meet cost, quality and timeline expectations.
- Own and drive the critical path, identifying risks early and implementing solutions to maintain momentum.
- Build and manage strong relationships with vendors and mills across regions to support delivery and innovation.
- Provide technical expertise on knit construction, yarns and mat
