Digital Sales Manager
to lead a complex digital sales organization across three interconnected streams:




Outbound Campaign-based Sales/inside Sales
,
Specialist/Collaborative Sales
, and
Digital Self-service Channels
.You will drive performance across telesales campaigns, specialist support to field sales, and online sales channels, ensuring efficiency, conversion, and continuous optimization.In this role, you will combine a
strong analytical and data-driven mindset
with
managerial leadership
, overseeing both internal teams and external partners within a highly performance-oriented environment.
Your role at a glance:
* Lead a
structured sales organization
across multiple locations (Milan, Bologna, Tuscany).
* Directly manage a layer of
team leaders (manager of managers)
responsible for operational teams.
* Drive
sales performance through outbound campaigns
, managing the full funnel (contacts, conversion, productivity, ROI).
