Duties

- You will be responsible for the execution, operation, and maintenance for the Command-and-Control Organizational Information Exchange (C201X) system.
- You will provide documentation to the chain of command and submits trouble ticket data into the Enterprise Network Monitoring System (ENMS).
- You will act as local TIER II support for issues that watch operators and administrators cannot resolve.
- You will provide guidance to the Enterprise Messaging Services’ (EMS’) Communications Watch Officer (CWO) supporting the Joint Fleet Telecommunications Operations Center (JFTOC) Watch Officer to determine potential restoral actions for C2OIX.
- You will resolve critical IT problems/conduct systems evaluations.
- You will initiate and monitor trouble tickets within the Ticket Management System (TMS) and DISA Global control.
