As Sustainability Performance & Engagement Manager, you will act as a bridge between regulatory requirements, internal operations, and cultural transformation. You will not just report impact. You will shape how sustainability is understood, embedded, and lived across the organization.

- Lead ESG reporting and disclosures, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and alignment with Kering standards and regulatory frameworks.
- Drive improvements in data quality, reporting systems, and governance processes.
- Support Digital Product Passport readiness and sustainability data infrastructure.
- Sustainability Regulations & Governance
- Monitor evolving sustainability regulations and translate them into actionable business frameworks.
- Identify compliance gaps and coordinate cross-functional implementation strategies.
- Sustainability Engagement & Culture Building
- Design and deliver training, onboarding, and awareness programs across the organization.
- Lead internal communications and campaigns to strengthen sustainability culture.
