with the aim of being best in class;Ensure that products are released on time and in compliance with internal and external requirements;Challenge other functions to drive and ensure right-first-time execution, product defect elimination, proper risk management and risk-based decision-making, as well as continuous improvement; you will also be the guardian of food safety and compliance at the factory, providing leadership and support in achieving business objectives.You will report to the Factory Manager and manage a team of 10 people.A day in the life of a Factory Quality Manager-Assure Food Safety and Compliance:Responsible for adherence to all Company Quality principles and policies, as well as local laws and regulations;Responsible for compliance with food safety and external requirements (national and international);Responsible for ensuring that factory food safety management systems and HACCP programs are implemented and maintained;Responsible for factory laboratory operations and compliance, including personnel safety, equipment availa
