THE MISSION:We’re looking for a driven Key Account Manager (KAM) to build lasting relationships with our retail partners in Italy. You’ll manage a portfolio of merchants, identify new growth opportunities, and use data-driven insights to maximize their success.
What You’ll Do:
- Strengthen partnerships through sales calls, business reviews, and ongoing support;




- Advise merchants on optimizing revenue and marketing using Scalapay's premium products (e.g., Affiliation, Media Packages);
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to support the growth of our brands. Yes, this means some hunting with them;
- Boost Scalapay adoption by growing merchant collaborations and co-marketing campaigns;
- Analyze data to uncover opportunities and create tailored sales presentations;
- Develop case studies and share best practices to scale account management efforts;
- Experiment with new strategies to drive revenue growth and provide weekly forecasts;
- Advocate for your merchants internally to enhance products and services;
- Attend market visits, fairs, and events to meet partners face-to-face and stay ahead of industry trends.

Who you are:
- Proven sales and negotiation expertise with a knack for growing partnerships;
- Strong business acumen and ability to upsell/cross-sell;
- Experience following structured sales processes with KPIs and measur
