We are looking for a Senior Admissions Manager who is as passionate about building relationships as they are about strategy - someone who can represent this school with warmth,



intelligence and ambition, and help drive sustainable enrolment growth by connecting families with everything that makes this school exceptional.

WHAT YOU WILL LEAD
Admissions strategy:
- Define the school's admissions strategy aligned to growth objectives
- Own end-to-end admissions performance, KPIs and outcomes
- Contribute to school-wide planning and resource decisions

Family relationships:
- Serve as senior ambassador for the school with prospective families
- Lead high-level admissions consultations with a personalised approach
- Ensure every interaction reflects care, transparency and partnership

Data and reporting:
- Own CRM governance, forecasting and enrolment trend analysis
- Prepare leadership reports that inform strategic decisions
- Track conversion data to continuously improve pipeline performance

Cross-functional collaboration:
- Partner with Marketing to align outreach, campaigns
