- Take a key commercial role as M&E; Quantity Surveyor, managing the financial and contractual performance of complex Mechanical & Electrical (M&E;) packages.
- Work alongside Project Directors, Commercial Managers, MEP Leads, Package Managers, Procurement Teams and Client Representatives on a technically advanced Mission-Critical Data Centre project.
- Long-term pipeline of Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, Industrial, Semiconductor and Advanced Manufacturing projects across Italy and mainland Europe.
- Excellent opportunity to progress into Senior M&E; Quantity Surveyor, MEP Commercial Manager, Commercial Manager or Commercial Director positions.
