Your Role:

Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat in Italian

What You Bring:

C1/C2 proficiency in Italian (spoken and written)

B2 level of English

Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude

Experience in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory we provide training
