Your missions

- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
- Write and maintain functional and technical documentation
- Manage and configure Dynamics 365 F&O; modules according to business needs
- Coordinate and execute system testing and user acceptance testing




- Support data migration and integration activities
- Provide operational support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 F&O;
- Train end users and prepare training materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery

Your profile

-
- Experience as Business Analyst with Dynamics 365 F&O; (5–7 years)
- Experience with configuration and operational management of Dynamics 365 F&O;
- Experience with requirements gathering and process mapping
- Experience with documentation and reporting toolsAcademic background: degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
- Italian and English fluent
- You demonstrate strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- You demonstrate excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- You demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively in multicultural and hybrid teams
