The Opportunity
Baxter is looking for a dynamic Therapy Specialist Patient Support Systems (PSS)



to support the commercial growth and clinical excellence of its Patient Support Systems portfolio across Italy and Greece. This role sits at the intersection of clinical expertise, customer engagement, education, and business development, partnering closely with Sales, Healthcare Professionals, and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that improve patient outcomes and enhance healthcare environments.

What You'll Be Doing

- Deliver impactful product and clinical training to healthcare professionals, ensuring confident and effective use of Baxter's solutions.
- Partner with Account Managers to develop and execute strategic territory plans that drive sustainable growth and customer success.
- Promote the clinical value of Baxter's portfolio, positioning the most appropriate solutions based on customer needs and patient outcomes.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with hospitals and healthcare stakeholders, helping protect and expand existing business.
