Commissioning Managers
Hyperscale Data Centre Project in Milan
Milan continues to be one of Europe's fastest-growing data centre hubs, and Straightline Consulting is looking for experienced Electrical and Mechanical Commissioning Managers to join our growing team on a major mission-critical project.
If you've successfully delivered commissioning programmes within live or new-build data centre environments and thrive in fast-paced, technically challenging projects, we'd love to speak with you.
What you'll be doing

Leading electrical commissioning activities from planning through to client handover
Managing HV/LV commissioning programmes across critical infrastructure projects
Driving Levels 2–5 commissioning activities, testing and Integrated Systems Testing (IST)
Working closely with clients, contractors and project stakeholders
Ensuring safe,



compliant and efficient project delivery.
What we're looking for
Essential - Proven Data Centre Commissioning experience
Strong Electrical or Mechanical background with HV/LV systems knowledge
Experience leading commissioning teams on mission-critical facilities
HNC/HND, Degree or equivalent Electrical Engineering qualification
ECS/CSCS and SSSTS/SMSTS preferred
